Champagne De Barfontarc
The Côte des Bar...

>In 1962, a small group of winemakers joined forces to build the Cooperative Winery of the Baroville Region and to develop Champagne De Barfontarc.

> Vineyards are planted across just over 270 acres on hillsides of Baroville, Fontaine, Arconville, Dolancourt. The founders’ grandchildren now make every effort to express the personality and originality of this area of Champagne called the Côte des Bar.

> With great precision and advanced equipment, the champagne house’s winemaker and technicians arrange the harmonies of each vintage and cultivate its personality.

The House offers a tour of its cellars followed by a guided tasting of its Champagnes.
Cuvée Sainte-Germaine

This vintage Champagne blends the finesse of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir. Adorned with a golden yellow colour, it offers a complex, powerful nose of buttery brioche, dried apricot and vanilla. Well-rounded on the palate with a pleasant structure. A beautiful illustration of the qualities of the soil of the Côte des Bar.
